Imperial and Amels launch 55m LILI

Imperial is proud to announce the launch of M/Y LILI, new Amels 180 (measuring 55 metres) in close collaboration with the yard, for which Imperial acted as broker, Owner’s Representative and Construction Supervisor throughout the build. LILI is scheduled for delivery in June 2017. LILI, with exterior design by Tim Heywood and interiors by Laura Sessa, includes generous living spaces and remains true to the very popular Amels 180 from the Limited Editions range. Offering six generous cabins for 12 guests, plus an on-board Beach Club or gym, LILI has undergone a remarkable upgrade to her bridge deck, where the master cabin now opens onto a private aft deck terrace offering complete privacy from the two other decks: this major addition affords guests much greater privacy. Julia Stewart, Imperial Director, says of LILI: “She is another striking project jointly made with an experienced team and very talented people, confirming our strong and enduring relationship with Amels over the last eight years. With LILI, Imperial delivers a new superyacht option for high-end luxury journeys at sea with versatile accommodation, Dutch quality and superior equipment. We would like to thank all the teams involved in this project, performed challenging work delivering against precise deadlines.” “The Amels 180 has proven highly popular on the superyacht market and LILI will add to that with her many unique customisations and beautiful colour scheme,” comments Rose Damen, Amels Commercial Director. “She is an exceptionally high-quality yacht that will no doubt create many happy memories for her owners and guests. Once again, working with Imperial has been very smooth and productive, and that shows in the end result.” LILI becomes the eighth hull delivered jointly by Imperial and Amels since 2009. This new project confirms the successful collaboration between Imperial and the renowned Dutch shipyard. Superyacht projects including BEL ABRI (52m), ASTRA (55m), EVENT (60m), or the state-of-the-art Damen Yacht Support vessel 6711 (67m) are the result of this fruitful partnership, and we are looking forward to adding to this successful list in the future.
