Marina di Carrara, September 2020. Admiral announced the keel-laying of Project BLUE MARLIN, the new 77.7-metre diesel–electric motoryacht born from the collaboration with Imperial and Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design.
Project BLUE MARLIN has been designed with the aim of finding the perfect balance between the elegance of the best nautical tradition and the use of sophisticated technologies and materials, with a particular emphasis on eco-sustainability thanks to an innovative diesel–electric propulsion system.
The exteriors are characterised by an exciting and refined look, defined by a bulbous and pure line that flows gracefully from bow to stern in a ribbon movement. 6-metre swimming pool, spa, dive area, gym and touch&go helipad are the setting for 6 cabins: master area on the main deck in the bow, VIP suites on the bridge deck next to the full-beam living area, and four guest cabins on the lower deck.
“It’s an important time, and I want to wish everyone good luck on this superyacht – commented Giovanni Costantino, CEO of the Italian Sea Group – It also makes me proud that Monaco-based company Imperial is acting as Owner’s Representative and Build Supervisor for the construction of the yacht”.
“This keel-laying ceremony is a step forward for Imperial and our collaboration with Admiral and the Italian Sea Group – adds Julia Stewart, Director of Imperial – We are delighted to have Sinot handling the design to create alongside us a truly remarkable superyacht that will raise the bar in the 75–80m range”.
Project BLUE MARLIN will be delivered in 2023.
