Bluefin Tuna is one of the most famous fish angler’s love to catch thanks to their delicious taste. Tuna can be found in all three seas and techniques like trolling or deep-sea jigging is the most popular. Greece’s coastlines are brimming with Swordfish, which takes serious skills to reel one in! Nighttime drift fishing is the most popular technique and requires a good fight. Squid also locally known as kalamari is a tasty catch. Italy’s west coast has access to two seas: the Tyrrhenian and Ligurian seas that are great hunting grounds. Spaghetti alla vongole originates from the area of Naples however it is not just crustaceans here. Find smaller Bluefin Tuna, Spearfish and Barracuda in the deep sea and closer to shore Seabass, Seabream and Hake are easy to catch.
