Introduce the Imperial Approach for your dream project
Our renowned shipyard partner Oceanco unveiled its new project Moonstone, based on an existing 90-metre platform and styled by Van Geest Design with a striking multi-faceted hull that makes a continuous play of light and reflections from the water.
The theme of light continues throughout Moonstone, and Van Geest has been working with lighting design company Temeloy to create “visually emotional effects throughout the yacht”. The visual play starts with custom hull panel lights that are triggered by 300 individually dimmable white triangles each side to create unlimited lighting possibilities. At night, these lights generate a shimmering and twinkling effect. The Oceanco Moonstone has a general arrangement that includes an owner’s deck, a generous gym and spa area, a cinema and a touch-and-go helicopter pad. Unfolding navigation wings are another novel feature, while side platforms forward give access to water toys and rescue tenders. Aft side platforms allow access to two main guest tenders and an outdoor lounge-cum-play area. The yacht will be PYC classed for more than 12 guests. She has a projected top speed of 18.5 knots.
Feel free to ask Imperial about this new striking project, we would be delighted to bring you the main details from the actual most innovative shipyard.
