Like all leaders in our business, we have gone through a recent period where the yacht industry has been subjected to inquiries from some authorities, but over the past few months, Imperial Yachts has been targeted by numerous unfounded and inaccurate accusations following events that are unrelated to this family owned company and its services.

These events culminated today with the announcement of sanctions on our company by the United States government. The accusations made against us by the U.S. government and in the press are false. We will pursue all available legal remedies to resolve this matter promptly.

Imperial Yachts conducts all its businesses in full compliance with laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which we operate. We are not involved in our clients’ financial affairs.

We are in the yacht building, management, sale and charter business. That is our focus and what we do. We started this company from nothing, and now, it appears that due to our success, we are unfortunately being targeted by those who would like to bring us down.

We look forward to settling all matters resulting from this turbulent time, as well as disproving the damaging smears made against our company. As always, our focus remains on living up to our established name as an international leader in providing the highest level of excellence for yacht sales, construction, management, and chartering.

OKKO: New Charter Central Agency

Following her recent entry into the brokerage market, Imperial is delighted to also announce the arrival of OKKO in our Central Agency Charter fleet. Delivered in 2012, with an interesting charter record book, OKKO’s exterior and interior were styled by Giorgio Vafiadis. Her particularly appealing exterior design is dominated by her beautiful symmetrical lines, with a combination of angular and rounded shapes and large rectangular windows. Boasting versatile exterior decks and fantastic amenities, such as an al fresco dining area and jacuzzi on sun deck, BBQ and a large array of water toys, this Mondomarine 41m is perfect for family charter journeys.

The wood is a consistent theme throughout the yacht's interior, and with a perfect high-gloss finish it brings out its particular veneers, enhanced by the use of golden and tobacco-tinged tropical hardwood panels to complement the atmosphere. Tastefully decorated with custom-designed furniture, with pieces from Fendi and IPE Cavalli, the yacht offers two large salons (one convertible into a cinema room). OKKO’s night side offers five generous en-suite cabins: the Owner’s suite occupies a generous space forward on the main deck and includes an en-suite lavished in marble and back-lit onyx; while 4 guests cabins are fitted on the lower-deck, comprising two doubles and two twin cabins with Pullman berths. Each cabin has its own Kaleidescape system offering a wide selection of world cinema from your iPad, and a range of A/V amenities.

OKKO is already offering availability for cruising in the Mediterranean from 15th August 2018, with a charter rate of EUR 150,000 / week (ex. VAT and APA).
