Receptionist/Office Administrator Assistant

Imperial is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator Assistant to join our company in its Monaco office.

We are a company inspired by a great passion for yachting and dedication to first-class service. Our teams consist of experienced specialists operating with patience, discretion and meticulous detail. We are currently looking for a well-organized and welcoming Receptionist/Office Administrator Assistant to join our company based in Monaco.

Your responsibilities will be as follows: greeting clients and high profile guests when they arrive at the office, serving teas, coffees and beverages, answering phones and emails, entering information into the database, and general office management.

Qualifications / Skills: 

  • Experience in the yachting/ luxury industry
  • Service experience 
  • Able to manage stress / handle pressure
  • Extremely organized 
  • Flexibility for hours of work

  • Knowledgeable in IT
  • Telephone Skills
  • Verbal Communication

  • Professionalism
  • Organization
  • NB Bilingual in English, French and Italian as an added benefit.

Education and experience

  • University/college degree is an asset
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar position 
  • Event management or service experience
